What does Walkflow do?
You record a site walkthrough on your phone — on video, or with photos and talk. Walkflow writes the transcript, snapshot captions, chapters, and summary. You pick the documents you need and share one link with your client.
Does my client need an account?
No. Your client opens one link in the browser — the walkthrough and any documents you included — with no app and no login.
Does my client need an app?
No. Walkflow runs in the browser for viewers. You record from your phone; they watch or read from a share link.
Can I add Walkflow to my phone’s home screen?
Yes. Walkflow is a progressive web app (PWA), so you can install it on your home screen for quick access on the job — no app store required. On Safari, tap Share and scroll to Add to Home Screen. On Chrome, tap the three-dot menu and choose Install app or Add to Home screen.
Video walkthrough or photos and talk?
Both work. Video is best when you want the client to see motion on site. Photo and speech is lighter on data and works when you are stepping through still shots while you talk.
How is Walkflow different from Loom?
Loom is built for screen recordings and quick clips. Walkflow is built for job sites: timestamped snapshots, chapters tied to the walk, and documents drafted from what you said on site — then one link for the client.
Can electricians use Walkflow?
Yes. Electricians use Walkflow to record switchboards, rough-in, and fit-off, then send a walkthrough the client can watch or skim as a written record.
How does pricing work?
Walkflow is pay as you go in AUD: buy minute packs when you need them. Walkflow Pro is a monthly subscription with more storage, unlimited minutes, and full document workflow. Team plans are set up on request — email us from the contact page.
What is included with pay as you go?
Pay as you go includes 5 GB storage, transcript, captions, chapters, and summary on every walkthrough, plus one generated document per walkthrough. You cannot regenerate that document on PAYG — upgrade to Pro for more documents and regenerate.
What does Walkflow Pro add?
Pro adds more storage, unlimited walkthrough minutes, regenerate on generated documents, and documents across grouped walkthroughs for multi-visit jobs.
Is there a team plan?
Yes. Team plans include more storage, multiple seats, and volume minutes. We set up billing with you — there is no self-serve checkout yet.
